Sprint Medical always aims to ensure best clinical practices by highly qualified and trained doctors in its clinics. However, if the prognosis/outcome of any treatment is not on the desired lines due to various limitations and the patient asks for a refund, Sprint Medical will refund 100% back.

If any payment is due to be refunded concerning any consultation/services, it will be initiated only after the same is duly approved by the competent authority of Sprint Medical to issue the refund in accordance with the applicable Sprint Medical policy.

The refund process will be initiated only after approval from the competent authority.

All bank processing charges of credit card/ software vendor in the event of refund will be deducted from the refund of the payee.

Refunds will be credited back to the original bank account used for the payment within 15 days from the date of receiving the refund request.

Refunds will be done only through the original payment mode; the amount to be refunded will not be inclusive of discounts. Thus, you will be refunded only for the amount you were charged. 

Patients seeking the refund will have to submit all possible documents and receipts, if any, to Sprint Medical, where the head will certify the consultation done and the charges paid by the patient before forwarding the case to the Clinical Operations for audit review and approval from the appropriate authority.

If the patient has not received the refund within the stipulated time, it is advised to check his/her bank account again. Contact the credit/debit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sprint Medical reserves the right to accept or reject any refund based on the clinical findings and patient history. Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Allahabad High Court, Prayagraj, where the company has its corporate/registered office.
