However, after attainment of a certain level of growth the growth comes to a stop. This is mainly due to reaching a certain age when it is considered that the growing period or adolescent period is over.   • Use proper supplements:  Some of the vitamin and calcium supplements which can be used in a cautious manner in order to develop a good height. These supplements can be used only when there is a slight chance of growth. Unwanted consumption of these should be avoided. 

  • Get the right amount of sleep: During adolescence, in order to facilitate growth skimping on the required amount of sleep should be avoided. A proper sleep cycle helps in proper growth. 

  • Stay active: Regular exercise and staying fit has many benefits. It helps strengthen your muscle and bone and also helps in maintaining a healthy body. During the growing stages children should have at least one hour of exercise; this will help them maintain agility, growth and strength.
