But unfortunately, many of us don't realize the value of this gift and are on a journey to destroy it. However, there are multiple reasons for it, like unhealthy day-to-day habits, poor lifestyle, and most evidently, lack of proper knowledge.   • Disequilibrium: In the case of Disequilibrium Dizziness, the person fails to control the physical command of his/her body. The body's movement gets affected under this type of dizziness; making the person unable to process the movement or make the body parts in synchronization.

  • Lightheadedness: Lightheadedness Dizziness causes a unique kind of sensation in the head. This is common among the people who get excessively drunk or if someone experiences dehydration. Every person experiencing such a situation distinctly describes the condition; therefore, its effect is subjective among individuals.

1. Migraine

Migraine is a situation in humans when they experience an extreme degree of headache that too for a longer period. Migraine patients often face the problem of dizziness due to the changes in their body senses.
