  • Grilled, roasted, seared, fried, or broiled animal foods are rich sources of AGEs. Increased accumulation of AGEs in your body will cause oxidative stress and inflammation. 

  • Fried foods or included in the list of arthritis food to avoid as the cause of inflammatory arthritis and cause accumulation of AGEs in bones and joints. AGEs will play a key role in the development and progression of osteoarthritis.

Sugar and refined carbohydrates
